Controversial take that really shouldn't be controversial:

No one cares that you've added AI.

That's it. That's the takeaway lesson. Do you know what your customers care about? Apps that improve their day, speed up their work, or amuse them. That's it.

If you use AI to make that happen, great! But only if you find the right places to add it. And if you do, more than likely your customers won't even know that it's there. They'll just see that the app now runs better/faster/smoother.

But you have to do your homework to find the right spot. Simply cramming AI into your product won't make it any better. If you're just spray-painting AI on the side of your product to boost sales, more power to you. I just hope that you have a compelling, functioning product on offer once the AI hype fades.
