GenAI imagines some new books

Ahem.

"Chicago Sun-Times prints summer reading list full of fake books" (Ars Technica)

So ... You know how I keep reminding everyone to check the outputs from their genAI systems?

Allow me to clarify:

1/ You want to check the outputs before they go public.

2/ Don't just check the grammar. (GenAI does grammar fairly well.) You also have to check the text itself. For, y'know, facts.

3/ If you don't do 1 and 2, everyone else will do them for you. And that will be bad.
