I heard a great phrase the other day and I've been thinking about it ever since:
"Knowledge" is the understanding that a tomato is a fruit.
"Wisdom" is the understanding that you don't put a tomato in a fruit salad.
We could say the same about AI:
"Knowledge" is the understanding of how to build that neural network, or how to write a prompt for that LLM, or what have you.
"Wisdom" is understanding when AI will actually help. And when it won't. (Sometimes a quick Python script or an Excel spreadsheet is the better option for your business.)
Buyers want more
AI doesn't make the product more attractive
The agent still needs supervision
AI agents aren't quite ready to take over our busywork
