If you're ever written code, you've gotten this question: "So would you say you're 'technical' or 'business' ?"

(Following up on Tuesday's post about technical skills … )

People try really hard to put you in one of those buckets.

Here's the thing: It's not an either/or question!

You can be both.

I am both.

I've met plenty of other people who are both. A number of whom have achieved professional success precisely because they combined those two skill sets.

The take-home lesson:

That person who knows how to train a neural network or build your webapp? They might also be able to guide your product strategy and determine how to apply AI to your business model.

Do I still have my technical skills?

Have I gone post-technical?

Identifying and managing AI-related risks
